The Vessel Temperature display contains a few key areas – the main control, the tuning parameters, and a visual indication of the target and actual temperatures.

Let’s change the target temperature to 37. This is performed by entering a new setpoint value. The bar on the left will now indicate that the setpoint has changed. Notice that the actual temperature will now reflect the adjustments to meet the setpoint.
